Qualifications

• Clear, concise written and verbal English communications.
• Experience in customer service or reservations is welcome but not required.
• Familiarity with OPERA (PMS) or similar systems is a plus.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays for 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily Ruby Operations tasks and reservations with accuracy.
• Process group blocks and update sales rooming lists as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel partners and internal teams to improve workflows.
• Escalate issues promptly to management and support teams.
