Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and PMS (Djubo) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
