Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and call centre software.

Responsibilities

• Handle all reservation-related calls including new bookings, modifications, cancellations and inquiries.
• Inform guests of policies like cancellation terms, check-in/check-out times and parking.
• Promote value-added services and upsell from the highest room category.
• Track and apply promotions in the CMS per advisories.
• Enter and maintain accurate guest data in the CMS.
