Job summary

MGallery Hotel Collection in Manila invites a detail-oriented Reservations professional to oversee daily operations of the Reservations department, ensuring exceptional guest, colleague and owner outcomes.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, train team members, coordinate rate offers, and ensure accurate, personalized information for guests while supporting management directives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 3 years of experience in the area of guest services.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
• Good communication and customer contact skills.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department, contributing to guest, colleague and owner/investor goals.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel's information and promotions across guestrooms, F&B outlets and services.
• Develop or conduct staff training programs for team members.
• Assist in coordinating new rate offers including rate building, operational flows, and communication of offers to hotel community.
• Ensure information provided to guests is accurate and personalized.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department, contributing to exceptional results in Guest, Colleague and Owner/Investor goals and outcomes.
• Be Knowledgeable about the hotel's basic information, have a comprehensive understanding of all hotel products, facilities and the various services offered throughout the hotel, whether it be about guestrooms, food and beverage outlets or concessionaires. This information should be kept up to date to include any and all promotions.
• Develop or conduct staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to the needs of the business.
• Assist in the coordination of new rate offers including rate building, determining operational flows, communicating offers to the hotel community, and deficiency testing
• Ensure information provided to guest is accurate and individualized
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.
