Job summary

MHI Investment Holdings Inc. is seeking an airline ticketing and reservation agent to handle customer inquiries and reservations for flights at our Makati site. The role involves coordinating quotations, changing reservations, issuing tickets, and supporting airport operations.

Candidates should have a 4-year degree, strong communication skills, willingness to work shifts and holidays, and a readiness to be stationed at the airport. GDS experience is a plus and training will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with flight quotations and other inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Process changes to reservations when itineraries or schedules are amended.
• Issue tickets for diverse booking requests through the Airline Reservations system.
• Assist check-in counter agents at the airport with excess baggage calculations and seat upgrades.
• Prepare individual sales, weekly availability, and daily collection reports.

Responsibilities

Employee will:

• Assist clients in providing flight quotation and other flight concerns via phone, emails or walk-ins
• Processe change of reservations when flight itineraries or original schedule are amended
• Issue tickets for various booking requests thru Airline Reservations system
• Assist check in counter agents at the airport during flight in handling excess baggage computation, seat upgrade and other ticket related matters
• Prepare individual Sales report, weekly availability report and daily Collection report

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of 4 years course
• Willing to work in flexible hours, shift schedules and holidays
• Previous work experience in any GDS is a PLUS
• With strong communication skills, oral and written
• Willing to be assigned at the airport
