Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree (4-year program).
• Willing to work in flexible hours, shifts, and holidays.
• Experience with any GDS is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with flight quotations and concerns via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Process changes of reservations when itineraries are amended.
• Issue tickets for booking requests through Airline Reservations system.
• Support check-in counter agents at airports for baggage, seating upgrades, and ticket matters.
• Prepare individual sales reports, weekly availability reports, and daily collection reports.
