Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a field interviewer to assist in administering surveys islandwide. You will support respondents in completing surveys, perform manual data collection, and visit dormitories as needed.

You will collaborate with teammates to achieve high survey completion rates and maintain accurate daily reports. Applicants should have a Diploma in any field, at least 1 year of relevant experience, the ability to travel islandwide, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Diploma in any field.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Able to travel islandwide for fieldwork.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational systems.

Responsibilities

Assist respondents to complete selected surveys online or via manual collection.
Ensure submissions via manual collection of the completed survey data are keyed into the system.
Conduct field visits to dormitories.
Work closely with team-mates on assigned respondents to attain surveys completion.
Handle objections from selected respondents in terms of survey participation professionally and politely.
Update daily report accurately to account for productivity and surveys attainment.
Input case notes into system for each respondent
Comply to SOP and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
Attain KPI established.
