About the role

As a Research Executive at Synergy Market Research + Strategic Consultancy Inc., you'll lead projects that are highly value-adding to clients, giving not just the 'whats' but also the 'so whats' and 'now whats' in order for them to make better, informed, strategic decisions. You'll be collaborating closely with a highly talented, innovative, passionate team of research-consultants, data scientists and marketing team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and conduct of market research using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods
• Lead and/or support the analysis and interpretation of market research results to emerge opportunities and challenges
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate research findings and recommendations to clients
• Assist with the design and implementation of research projects, ensuring they align with client objectives
• Contribute to the development of research methodologies and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing and strategic solutions

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, data analysis or a related field.
• From relevant market research companies that conduct primary consumer research projects
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High competence in client and project management
• Experience with market research tools and techniques, for use in survey design, focus group discussion, and data visualisation
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A degree in Social Sciences, Communications Research, Business/Economics, Statistics and related fields
