Job summary

Acumen Strategy Consultants is seeking experienced Research Analysts for project-based work. You will research data across FMCG, banking, fintech, and other sectors, producing authoritative white papers and newsletters for executives and marketing audiences.

You will develop insights on industry trends, integrate proprietary study data into reports, and deliver data-driven content with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree or postgraduate studies preferred.
• Certifications in research methods, analytics, or writing a plus.
• Familiarity with various research tools used in research work engagement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced Research Analysts to work on a project basis. You will help produce authoritative white papers, marketing newsletters, and thought leadership content across major industries and organizational topics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research and analyze data and information regarding industry sectors: FMCG (food & non-food), banking, fintech, financial services, insurance, real estate, retail.
• Develop insights on various industry trends and/or organizational themes: talent, leadership, data analytics, learning & development.
• Integrate proprietary generational study data into reports.
• Write clear, data-driven white papers and newsletters for executive and marketing audiences.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to turn data into compelling insights.
• Experience in research, consulting, market analysis, or corporate strategy.
• Track record of producing white papers, reports, or thought leadership content would be an advantage
• Familiarity with industry trends and organizational development topics.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs on deadline.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Management, Sociology, or related fields.
• Master’s degree or postgraduate studies preferred.
• Certifications in research methods, analytics, or writing are a plus.
• Familiarity and use of various research tools in research work engagement
• Project-based role (not permanent).

WORK SET-UP

• Hybrid. Flexible remote collaboration, but will be required as needed for client face-to-face interface.
