Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Research-Led Outreach) to build targeted lists and generate qualified meetings with fund managers, asset owners, and investment consultants. This full-time, fully remote role is based in the Philippines and follows UK business hours with occasional Australian alignment.

You will own outbound outreach, conduct high-volume calls, back them with personalised emails, and manage CRM records.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years' experience in outbound sales development, telesales, or B2B appointment setting.
• Proven success in high-volume outbound calling.
• Excellent written and spoken English with confidence engaging senior professionals.
• CRM discipline and familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and own target prospect lists using research engagement data and market research.
• Identify key decision-makers within target organisations.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling supported by personalised email outreach.
• Book qualified meetings for the senior commercial team and ensure smooth handovers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including activities, pipeline stages, and next steps.
• Execute structured follow-up cadences until a clear outcome is achieved.
• Report weekly on outreach activity, conversations, and meetings booked.
