CPE Foods Phils. Inc. is seeking a Research & Development Specialist to join our on-site team in Quezon City. Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are invited to contribute to new product development, quality improvements, and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on beverage and food product development, process optimization, and collaboration with production and quality teams to bring concepts to market. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience in product development is an advantage.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in ready-to-drink beverage development is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety, HACCP, GMP, CPR processing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop new products, including beverages, RTD drinks, sauces, seasonings, and other food products.
• Improve existing products and processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and relevant food regulations.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support product scale-up and manufacturing.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and reporting of R&D activities.
