Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to lead registration of new products and renewals of certificates for existing brands in the Philippines. The role ensures compliance with FDA regulations and maintains quality standards across finished goods.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering, plus 3+ years in product development, QA, or regulatory affairs, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Product Development, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, or FDA documentation.
• Experience leading regulatory compliance for registrations, licenses, and renewals.

Job description

• Must have degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or any Science related field.

• Minimum of three (3) years Product Development, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, FDA documentation experience.

• Must build a strong regulatory compliance that meets business needs. Main role is to lead in ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements pertaining to registration of newly developed products, renewals of product certificates of existing brands/variants, licensing of new manufacturing sites and renewals of licenses thereafter. R&D/Regulatory Specialist assists in ensuring finished goods are manufactured and distributed in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

• Performs research and development related tasks such as developing new products, maintaining or improving existing brands or variants, and ensuring that finished goods are in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

• With good communication/negotiation skills.

• Must have good interpersonal skills.
