Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience in product development is an advantage.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in ready-to-drink beverage development is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety, HACCP, GMP, CPR processing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products, including beverages, RTD drinks, sauces, seasonings, and other food products.
• Improve existing products and processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and relevant food regulations.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support product scale-up and manufacturing.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and reporting of R&D activities.
