Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or related Food Science field.
• 2–3 years of regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or food safety compliance in a food manufacturing setting.
• Experience handling FDA product registration, LTO compliance, labeling review, and regulatory documentation.
• Familiarity with Philippine FDA regulations, BFAD/FDA registration, labeling requirements, and food safety standards.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 or related Food Safety Systems is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and regulatory communication skills.

The Regulatory Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all company products, raw materials, packaging materials, and operations comply with local and international food regulatory requirements.

Job Description

• Maintain 100% valid FDA licenses and product registration
• Ensure timely submission and renewal of regulatory permits
• Ensure 100% compliance of the product label with regulatory requirements
• Monitor regulatory updates from FDA and relevant authorities; inform departments of regulatory changes, and assist with the implementation of new compliance requirements
• Ensure complete regulatory documentation for raw materials and suppliers by collecting and reviewing suppliers' documents (COA, specifications, allergen declarations)
• Maintain regulatory documents readiness for audit and certifications, and support GMP, HACCP, and client compliance requirements.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or other related Food Science courses.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or food safety compliance in a food manufacturing company.
• Experience handling FDA product registration, LTO compliance, labeling review, and regulatory documentation.
• Familiarity with Philippine FDA regulations, major foreign country regulations, BFAD/FDA product registration, labeling requirements, and food safety standards.
