Job summary

NetSolar Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts for solar EPC projects in the Philippines. You will work with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure obligations are fulfilled and properly documented.

You will ensure compliance with local regulations, monitor performance, and support risk mitigation while aligning contract terms with company policies and project requirements. Occasional site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates with 1+ year in contract administration in EPC/renewable energy.
• Experience with solar PV or energy projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and construction agreements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts for solar EPC projects, including engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M.
• Maintain contract records, correspondence, and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and milestones.
• Review client, EPC, subcontract, and supply contracts for compliance.
