Job Description

Responsibilities

• Can verbally interpret and communicate all the data/reports gathered to client
• Consolidates all Daily Accomplishment Reports (DAR) from the field to come up with the weekly report needed for the project
• Supervises the Administrative Assistant to ensure accomplishment of validation on a daily basis
• Ensures that reports are accurate and timely based on the DAR submissions from Operations Team
• Provides solutions for report formats, templates, formulas and the like when there are client-requested assessment/project evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or BSIT graduate or any equivalent course
• 1-3 years of experience as Reports Lead
• Technologically proficient especially in Excel
• Knowledgeable in gforms/gsuites/gdrives
• Must have strong personality
• Willing to work on a hybrid set-up (2x a week onsite. Office is located at Pasig Blvd. Bagong Ilong Pasig City)
