Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verbally interpret and communicate all data/reports to client.
• Consolidate Daily Accomplishment Reports (DAR) for weekly reporting.
• Supervise the Administrative Assistant for daily validations.
• Ensure reports are accurate and timely based on DAR submissions.
• Provide solutions for report formats and client-requested evaluations.

Job Description

• Can verbally interpret and communicate all the data/reports gathered to client
• Consolidates all Daily Accomplishment Reports (DAR) from the field to come up with the weekly report needed for the project
• Supervises the Administrative Assistant to ensure accomplishment of validation on a daily basis
• Ensures that reports are accurate and timely based on the DAR submissions from Operations Team
• Provides solutions for report formats, templates, formulas and the like when there are client-requested assessment/project evaluation
