Job summary

Fluor Corp is seeking an HR Reports Specialist to join our Cebu team in the Philippines. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing HR reports and dashboards to support Shared Services operations, workforce planning, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in HR/Business Admin/IS/Statistics and at least two years of HR reporting experience, including dashboard creation and data validation. Strong Excel and BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree in applicable field and at least two years of work-related experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, shared services, or business reporting.
• Experience in dashboard creation, management report generation, and data analysis.
• Strong data validation and reporting controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate recurring HR reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends including headcount, attrition, attendance, recruitment, and diversity.
• Validate data accuracy and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and management reviews.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business insights.

The HRSS Reports Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing HR reports and dashboards that support HR Shared Services operations, workforce planning, compliance, and business decision-making. The role ensures data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable insights from HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate recurring HR reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends, including:

  • HR Service Level performance
• Validate data accuracy and resolve reporting discrepancies.

• Prepare executive-level presentations and business insights.

Basic Job Requirements

• This position is based in Cebu. Candidates must be willing to relocate; however, please note that no relocation package will be provided.
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, etc.) and at least two (2) years of work-related experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, shared services, or business reporting
• Experience in dashboard creation, management report generation, and data analysis
• Experience handling large datasets and performing data validation
• Technical skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, etc.)
  • Reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data governance and reporting controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR Shared Services, BPO, or multinational organizations
• Exposure in HR Information System platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
• Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, data interpretation, attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information
• Ability to present data in a clear, business-friendly format
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines
• High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership
• Continuous improvement orientation
