Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig (BGC) is seeking a Reporting and Insights Analyst to develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards, tracking IT service KPIs and performance measures.

You will analyze large datasets to identify trends and bottlenecks, translate findings into executive‑level presentations, collaborate with service owners to define requirements, monitor SLAs, and support audits with ad‑hoc data analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Reporting role within an IT environment.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Expert-level Excel skills and experience with SQL or other data-querying languages.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data in the context of business goals.

Responsibilities
