Gratitude Jobs Ahead HR Inc in Makati is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst/Reporting Analyst to join our data team on-site. The role focuses on delivering accurate reports and dashboards to drive informed decisions across the business.

You will analyze performance metrics, provide actionable insights to stakeholders, and ensure data integrity. 1-2 years in reporting or analytics (BPO preferred) and advanced Excel are required; SQL or BI tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in reporting or analytics - BPO preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent data visualization and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite on shifting schedule in Metro Manila.
