Job summary

Shearwater Health, headquartered with over 5000+ employees and physical sites in Taguig, Cebu, and Pampanga, seeks a Report Analyst to drive data visualization, analytics design, and reporting. You will translate stakeholder requirements into actionable reporting deliverables, store data, and share findings across departments.

The role requires a degree, 1.5–2 years in data analytics, and advanced Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, plus excellent communication and training abilities.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor’s or college degree.
• Minimum of 1 year working knowledge and technical understanding of business reporting and management principles, concepts, and practices preferably within the call center, business process outsourcing or customer service industry.
• 1.5-2 years data analytics experience required.
• Deep to Expert Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including face-to-face presentations.
• Experience in business writing and providing training based on your documentation.
• Willing to work on the Graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for focusing on data visualization, analytics design and development and reporting as well as defining data sources to drive these reports and analysis.
