Job summary

Cielo2 is seeking a Reporting Analyst in Mandaluyong for metric reporting, billing and daily operational support. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in Megatower, Mandaluyong, with two in-person days per month, and a shift pattern that supports US or APAC clients.

You will complete client reporting, develop billing templates, and collaborate with client services teams. Strong Excel and reporting skills are essential to deliver accurate dashboards and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in RPO, with exposure to reporting and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (required).
• Experience with SQL, VBA and PowerQuery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required client reporting based on established service line agreement.
• Complete requirements for other metrics and reporting.
• Accept and complete all ad hoc reporting requests in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain billing templates.
• Develop audit process for monthly billing reconciliation.
• Provide consultative information to client services teams around process & workflows that impact reporting and billing.
• Analyze dashboards on weekly basis and provide key findings to Client Services Manager or Client Services Director.
• Monitor trends and make appropriate recommendations.
• Establish and utilize documented reporting policies that meet reporting and business goals of account leader.
• Reach out proactively to the client teams on a weekly basis to understand their reporting needs in the upcoming week.
• Facilitate ongoing discussions with client services leaders to eliminate non value-add reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for metric reporting and analysis, billing and operational processes, as well as day-to-day inquiries.

Location Specifics: Megatower, Mandaluyong
Position Setup: Hybrid (Twice in a month)
Shift: M-F 4:00 PM - 1:00 PM - 2nd Shift

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in RPO, with exposure to reporting and analytics
• Demonstrated ability to support reporting activities, manage client/stakeholder relationships, and maintain clear, consistent communication
• Proven track record in stakeholder and client management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (required)
• Experience with SQL, Macros (VBA) and PowerQuery is preferred

Position Requirements

• Education: Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills.
• Exposure: Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong proficiency with the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data.
