Job summary

TE Connectivity Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage stock replenishment from TE plants to our distribution centers, ensuring inventory availability and on-time customer deliveries. You will collaborate with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care to optimize end-to-end replenishment, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvements across processes.

Applicants should have a degree in Business/Supply Chain and 3-5 years SAP/ERP, MRP, and procurement experience; strong Excel

Qualifications

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• SAP or ERP experience for 3-5 years.
• Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 3-5 years.
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Detail-oriented with cross-functional communication.
• Willingness to work required hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
• Manage and execute procurement activities from requisition to PO release for timely replenishment.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer delivery by dispatching orders and reviewing with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve issues such as exception messages, blocked orders, and returns.
• Monitor KPIs like Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Identify improvements through cross-functional collaboration to boost service and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate master data attributes for performance and governance.

Job Overview

This role manages stock replenishment from various TE Plants to our Distribution Centers, ensuring adequate inventory levels. A key focus is to guarantee every customer order is delivered in full and on time, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficient replenishment cycles. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with the Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
• Manage and execute procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order release, ensuring timely stock replenishment from intercompany plants.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and conducting regular reviews with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements through cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and robust system governance

Qualifications

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years
• Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 3-5 years
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines and travel when necessary
