Job summary

TE Connectivity in the Philippines seeks a Supply Chain Planner to manage stock replenishment from TE plants to Distribution Centers, ensuring adequate inventory levels and timely, complete customer deliveries.

You will collaborate with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care to resolve issues, optimize replenishment cycles, and maintain accurate master data for robust governance.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Japanese-speaking required.
• SAP or other ERP experience; 3–5 years.
• Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing; 3–5 years.
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management; 3–5 years.
• Strong spreadsheet analysis and mathematical abilities.
• Detail-oriented; able to communicate cross-functionally.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
• Manage procurement activities from requisition to purchase order release to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and reviews with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve issues such as exception messages, blocked orders, and customer returns.
• Monitor and report KPIs, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Identify and implement cross-functional improvements to enhance service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and governance.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
• Manage and execute procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order release, ensuring timely stock replenishment from intercompany plants.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and conducting regular reviews with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements through cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and robust system governance
