Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced Materials Planner to manage stock replenishment from TE Plants to Distribution Centers in the Philippines. You will ensure on-time, complete customer orders and optimize intercompany flows, collaborating with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care to improve service and inventory efficiency.

The role requires a degree in Business or Supply Chain and 3–5 years of ERP/SCM experience, strong data analysis skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

  • Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years.
  • Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 3-5 years.
  • Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years.
  • Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines and travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
  • Manage and execute procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order release, ensuring timely stock replenishment from intercompany plants.
  • Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and conducting regular reviews with customer care.
  • Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements through cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.
  • Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and robust system governance

Job Overview

This role manages stock replenishment from various TE Plants to our Distribution Centers, ensuring adequate inventory levels. A key focus is to guarantee every customer order is delivered in full and on time, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficient replenishment cycles. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with the Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams.

Key Responsibilities
