Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Replenishment Planner Assistant to support PR to PO and Delivery Order creation. You will coordinate with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care to ensure stock replenishment and on-time deliveries across TE plants and DCs.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-functional communication, and ability to align with global time zones; willingness to work extended hours when deadlines approach.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years SAP (or other ERP) experience; understanding of MRP, Procurement/Purchasing.
• 1-2 years Planning and SCM experience; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

Responsible for assisting the Replenishment Planner in PR to PO and Delivery Order Creation. This position is focused on customer satisfaction and replenishment cycles and works cross-functionally with the Planning team, DC Operations team, and Customer Care team.

Job Requirements

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities

• Manage direct intercompany flows for assigned TE plants and DCs.
• Manage and execute procurement and related activities to ensure timely stock replenishment through PR to PO releases to intercompany plants.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and without issues by executing manual delivery orders and performing regular reviews with customer care.
• Analyse and resolve critical exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns,
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR and STS, and Inventory.
• Proactively identify opportunities to better serve our customers through cross-functional teams via inventory or improved delivery performance.
• Maintain key master data attributes to ensure performance accuracy and adequate system governance.

Qualifications

Education

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Professional Experience

• SAP (or other ERP software) - 1-2 years
• understanding of MRP, Procurement/Purchasing - 1-2 years
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management - 1-2 years

• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
