Job summary

TE Connectivity Philippines is seeking a procurement professional to manage stock replenishments from multiple suppliers, ensuring supply continuity and on-time delivery of purchase orders to TE Plants.

The role interfaces with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care, requiring SAP proficiency, strong data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory and fulfill internal customer needs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• SAP or ERP software experience (3–5 years).
• Understanding of MRP, Procurement Purchasing (3–5 years).
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management (3–5 years).
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Detail oriented with cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and related activities for assigned suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment and supply to TE plants.
• Analyze and resolve exception messages within target turnaround times; cancel, reschedule, or expedite as needed.
• Review aging orders and monitor supplier performance and delivery metrics.
• Report on KPIs: inventory levels, exception aging, shortages, blocked invoices, and supplier performance.
• Resolve price and quantity discrepancies per policies.
• Support TE plants with procurement analysis for strategic decisions.

Job Overview

Responsible for proper execution and managing stock replenishments from multiple suppliers to TE Plants ensuring supply continuity. He or she is also responsible to ensure the delivery of every purchase order from the supplier to the TE site in-full and on-time. This position is focused on internal customer satisfaction, supply continuity, and replenishment cycles and works cross-functionally with Planning team, DC Operations team, and Customer Care team.

Job Requirements

• Manage and execute procurement and relating activities for assigned suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment and supply to multiple TE plants through PR to PO releases to external suppliers.
• Analyze, review, and execute resolution to exception message within agreed TAT, either cancel, reschedule, pull-in/expedites.
• Reviews aging orders
• Monitor, report, and improve key performance metrics, including exception message aging, optimal inventory, supplier ship to request, shortages, blocked invoice aging, and supplier performance.
• Resolve Price and Quantity discrepancies according to the relevant policies
• Support assigned TE plants with procurement analysis and data to enable strategic decisions.
