Responsibilities

• Manage direct intercompany flows for assigned TE plants and DCs.
• Procurement and related activities to ensure timely stock replenishment from PR to PO to intercompany plants.
• Ensure on-time delivery by executing manual delivery orders and coordinating with Customer Care.
• Analyse and resolve critical exceptions, blocked orders, and returns.
• Monitor KPIs like Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and Inventory; report findings.
• Identify opportunities to improve service through inventory or delivery performance.

Job Overview

Responsible for assisting the Replenishment Planner in PR to PO and Delivery Order Creation. This position is focused on customer satisfaction and replenishment cycles and works cross-functionally with the Planning team, DC Operations team, and Customer Care team.

Job Requirements

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:

• Manage direct intercompany flows for assigned TE plants and DCs.
• Manage and execute procurement and related activities to ensure timely stock replenishment through PR to PO releases to intercompany plants.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and without issues by executing manual delivery orders and performing regular reviews with customer care.
• Analyse and resolve critical exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns,
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR and STS, and Inventory.
• Proactively identify opportunities to better serve our customers through cross-functional teams via inventory or improved delivery performance.
• Maintain key master data attributes to ensure performance accuracy and adequate system governance.

Qualifications:

Education

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Professional Experience

• SAP (or other ERP software) – 1-2 years
• understanding of MRP, Procurement/Purchasing – 1-2 years
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 1-2 years

Special Qualifications:

• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
