Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporate Office Philippines is seeking a procurement specialist focused on stock replenishment and supplier management. You will ensure on-time, in-full delivery of purchase orders and work with multiple TE plants to sustain supply continuity.

Responsibilities include PR-to-PO releases, exception resolution, and KPI reporting while collaborating with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in SAP, MRP, and procurement processes with strong data analysis.
• Experience planning and coordinating supply across multiple TE plants.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities to ensure timely stock replenishment across TE plants.
• Release purchase orders from PRs to external suppliers and maintain supply continuity.
• Analyze and resolve exception messages within agreed TAT; adjust schedules as needed.
• Review aging orders and monitor KPIs related to inventory and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams to optimize processes.

Job description

Responsible for proper execution and managing stock replenishments from multiple suppliers to TE plants, ensuring supply continuity.

He or she is also responsible for ensuring the delivery of every purchase order from the supplier to the TE site in-full and on-time.

This position is focused on internal customer satisfaction, supply continuity, and replenishment cycles and works cross-functionally with Planning team, DC Operations team, and Customer Care team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute procurement and related activities for assigned suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment and supply to multiple TE plants through PR to PO releases to external suppliers.
• Analyze, review, and execute resolution to exception messages within agreed TAT, either cancel, reschedule, pull-in/expedites.
• Reviews aging orders
• Monitor, report, and improve key performance metrics, including exception message aging, optima inventory, supplier ship-to requests, shortages, blocked invoice aging, and supplier performance.
• Resolve Price and Quantity discrepancies according to the relevant policies
• Support assigned TE plants with procurement analysis and data to enable strategic decisions.

WHAT WE NEED

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years
• Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 3-5 years
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Must be detail oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, travel when necessary.
