Job summary

Scatec Philippines invites a Procurement & Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and logistics for renewable energy projects in Manila. You will drive contract management, supplier negotiations, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with EPC and legal teams, and implement country-specific procurement policies while ensuring compliance and quality across assets and services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–10 years in procurement, logistics, contract management or supply chain.
• 2+ years in a managerial position.
• 3–5 years of experience working in the Philippines or managing procurement and logistics activities within the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Implement the operating system across the structuring and execution phase of the Project.
• Manage all assigned Procurement and Logistics team members within the designated project.
• Responsible for all project RFPs, evaluations, recommendations, and final procurement strategy.
• Support negotiations with Suppliers and Contractors and prepare final draft contracts in coordination with the legal team.
• Establish and maintain the project shipping register once contracts are in place and before shipments commence.
• Identify project site roles and recruit the required resources in line with the execution requirements of the project.
• Prepare and implement contract variations to Suppliers timeously and ensure receipt of variations is acknowledged/agreed upon.
• Implement procurement policy and procedure for the respective countries.
• Manage the training and follow up of relevant O&M personnel for the implementation of the procurement policy and procedure.
• Responsible for procurement of assets including spare parts.
• Request proposals, evaluate, negotiate, conclude, and contract service agreements and supply accounts.
• Manage the warranty claims on behalf of EPC.
• Manage logistics to support delivery of assets to site.
