Job summary

Scatec Philippines seeks an Environmental and Social Advisor to manage and integrate environmental and social requirements across renewable energy projects, ensuring IFC standards and local regulations are met.

The role covers CLO/PCO duties, stakeholder engagement, regulatory reporting, and coordination with HSE teams to support sustainable development and effective community relations in a site-based capacity with occasional Makati meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental science/engineering or related field.
• Experience in environmental and social management, regulatory compliance, or stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ESMS documentation aligned with Philippine regulations.
• Coordinate environmental and social requirements with service providers and monitor compliance.
• Serve as CLO and PCO, coordinating stakeholder engagement, GRM, and community development activities.
• Coordinate environmental activities, ensure permits and regulatory reporting, and liaise with government agencies.
• Support sustainability initiatives and project reporting across projects.
