NES Fircroft in the Philippines is seeking a PMO Associate to support renewable energy projects from origination through construction readiness in Taguig's BGC. The role combines permitting, stakeholder coordination and project monitoring in a hybrid setup (Mon–Thu onsite, Fri WFH), with fieldwork as needed.

• 3–5 years of experience in project timelines, tracking and budgeting in power/renewables or infrastructure.
• 3–5 years in PMO function.
• Graduate with bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Manager, EPC Manager and Construction Manager from origination through construction and commissioning.
• Prepare and update project development and construction timelines; monitor progress, milestones, schedules and budgets.
• Provide updates on progress, risks and issues to the Project Manager.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project timeline updates and status reports.
• Maintain project risk registers and identify challenges with corrective actions.
• Organize and manage the database of project documents and version control.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders; perform other tasks as assigned.
