Job summary

Levanta Renewables is seeking a seasoned Land Director to lead land strategy, due diligence, acquisition and documentation for its Philippines renewable energy projects. You will manage landowner relations, oversee complex acquisitions (untitled land, agrarian reform, expropriation) and build a network of land brokers and local intermediaries.

You will coordinate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and LGUs to secure endorsements, land reclassifications and clearances, while leading a team of GIS

Qualifications

• Degree in geodetic engineering, land management, surveying, real estate, law, engineering or business.
• Licensure as a Geodetic Engineer or bar membership is an advantage.
• Extensive Philippine land due diligence and acquisition experience, preferably in renewables, power or infrastructure.
• Proven track record resolving complex land acquisitions in the Philippines (untitled land, agrarian reform, expropriation).
• Established network of land brokers and local intermediaries; ability to manage them compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Lead land strategy, due diligence, acquisition, documentation and landowner relations for renewable energy projects.
• Direct land agreements including CTS, DOAS, leases, ROW and easements.
• Coordinate with LGUs and regulators on land use, reclassification and endorsements.
• Manage land-related financing conditions and ensure timely documentation for lenders.
• Lead and develop GIS Specialists, Geodetic Engineers and Land Officers across sites.
