Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in surveying, GIS, mapping or land development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project development activities and milestones.
• Coordinate permits, licenses and regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate with landowners, LGUs, host communities and agencies.
• Support land acquisition, right-of-way negotiations and due diligence.
• Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation.
• Maintain project databases and trackers for reporting.
