Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end private land acquisition, including negotiations and documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory requirements, title transfers, and encumbrance clearance.
• Interface with agencies like LRA, DENR, and LGUs for permits.
• Secure necessary rights for public land use, including environmental and other clearances.
• Manage third-party service providers in land acquisition projects.
• Ensure land rights documentation is bankable for lenders.
• Support the direct manager with assigned tasks.
