Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia is recruiting for a Right-of-Way Manager in Isabela to lead end-to-end land and ROW activities for renewable energy projects. The role involves acquisition, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder coordination in a hybrid setup (4 days onsite).

The candidate will manage landowner relations, interface with BIR/DAR/LGU authorities, perform field verification, and ensure ROW compliance across projects with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Legal Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Experience in right-of-way acquisition, land acquisition, real estate transactions, property documentation, or infrastructure/renewable energy projects.
• Experience dealing with BIR, DAR, ROD/LRA, LGUs, and other government agencies is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine land titles, property transactions, agricultural land regulations, land conversion, and ROW documentation is an advantage.
• Will talk to 60 land owners
