Job summary

Bureau Veritas Philippines is seeking a highly motivated Proposal Engineer to support growth in the Renewable Energy sector. You will prepare competitive proposals, manage bid submissions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of experience in bidding, tendering and cost estimation for Solar PV, Wind, BESS, and Power Projects, and possesses strong MS Office and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in proposal engineering, bid management, tendering, estimation, or related support.
• Experience preparing bids for Solar PV, Wind Energy, BESS, and Power Projects.
• Familiarity with EPC contracts, tender requirements, and commercial pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for renewable energy projects.
• Review RFP/RFQ/ITB and tender documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and finance teams throughout the bid process.
• Develop project methodologies, execution plans, and staffing plans for proposals.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission deadlines.
