Job summary

NES Fircroft Philippines is seeking a PMO Associate to support renewable energy projects from origination through construction readiness in Metro Manila. Hybrid setup includes onsite Mon-Thu, Fri work-from-home, with fieldwork as needed.

The role emphasizes managing project timelines, budgets, risk registers, and status reports to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. Experience in development works leading to financial close is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Paralegal or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in project timelines, overall project tracking, budgeting, and scheduling control within development of power, renewable energy, or any other infrastructure projects.
• 3-5 years of experience in PMO function.
• Project management principles, methodologies and software proficiency including MS Project.
• Fluent in English and Filipino with strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented with initiative and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager, EPC Manager and Construction Manager in the development of renewable energy projects in the Philippines from origination through construction and commissioning.
• Prepare, review and keep up-to-date project development and construction timelines; monitor progress, milestones, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project progress against plans; provide updates on progress, risks and issues.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project timeline updates and status reports.
• Maintain project risk registers; identify challenges and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize and manage the database of project documents, records, contracts, correspondences and other files; ensure document control.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
