Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Technical Development Associate in Taguig to support renewable energy projects from origination through construction readiness, with emphasis on permitting and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings governance experience with agencies such as PPA and DPWH, and can coordinate with regulators, consultants, engineers and stakeholders to ensure all technical and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in roject permitting processes with PPA and DPWH, including transport permits and road/bridge assessments.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering and/or technical consultancy background.
• Demonstrated regulatory knowledge and ability to coordinate with regulators, consultants, engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in developing renewable energy projects from origination to construction/commissioning.
• Prepare and maintain project timelines for technical workstreams; monitor milestones, schedules and budgets.
• Organize and manage the database of project documents.
• Secure permits, approvals, and clearances across gov agencies; coordinate with service providers for site requirements.
• Support logistics planning and permitting activities to secure project approvals and financing.
• Assist planning, procurement, coordination and review of technical/site assessment studies and meteorological analyses.
• Engage with government agencies, LGUs and third-party service providers for project readiness.
