The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in business development or sales, with a background in engineering or related fields, and strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales or similar roles (preferred in solar/renewable energy)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; other related fields also considered
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with quick credibility and trust
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Strategic thinker with ability to develop and implement business development strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby regions as required

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements to secure new contracts
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations for client onboarding
• Monitor KPIs and report on activities and results
• Represent Brills Marketing Corporation at industry events and networking functions
• Maintain records of business development activities and client interactions
