Job summary

Prima PMI Pty Ltd is seeking a Workforce Planning & Scheduling Assistant to join the District Photo Support Group Services. This fully remote role in the Philippines works closely with our Melbourne-based Production Efficiency Manager to keep the production workforce organized and ready to meet demand.

In this position, you will prepare weekly rosters, manage leave and availability, and maintain accurate scheduling data.

Qualifications

• Organised, accurate and comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly production rosters.
• Check leave, availability and roster conflicts.
• Update roster changes, absences and replacements.
• Prepare daily headcount and staffing views.
• Maintain workforce and scheduling data.
• Compare planned vs actual labour hours.
• Identify staffing gaps or excess capacity early.
• Support labour planning, forecasting and peak workforce prep.
• Communicate scheduling updates with Production leaders.
