Job summary

Everforth TopBloc is seeking a Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Integrations Post Production Consultant to join our team. You will deliver high‑quality Workday integration solutions for diverse clients, including post‑production support and collaboration with customers.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage client requests while mentoring junior consultants and partnering with sales to scope projects. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Workday Integration Certification.
• Post-production Workday integration support experience with a Workday partner.
• Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong customer service and collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and tickets to meet customer deliverables.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
• Good problem solving with diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality Workday integration solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs.
• Solve Workday integration issues as they arise with clients.
• Participate in internal training updates and share skills with others in the organization.
• Assist with internal initiatives to improve the team, department or company.
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through Workday/professional development and handling escalations.
• Utilize Workday experience to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

• Workday Integration Certification 1+ years
• Workday Integration post‑production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes
• Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co‑workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Work directly with clients to deliver high‑quality Workday Integration solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Work directly with clients, solving Workday Integration issues as they arise
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)
• Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
