Job summary

Assist World is seeking an experienced Shopify professional to manage three Shopify sites: two storefronts and a wholesale catalog. The role emphasizes proactive improvements to functionality, design, and user experience, with a focus on scaling the B2B/wholesale program and handling large product launches.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing, manage login-based content for customers, and help plan the Canadian e-commerce expansion.

Qualifications

Experience managing Shopify sites, including Shopify Plus.
Strong understanding of B2B pricing, gated content, and login-based experiences.
Ability to handle large product launches with accuracy and detail.
Proactive, solutions-focused with ability to propose improvements.
Excellent communication with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
Experience with multi-market Shopify setups and currencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and support three Shopify sites (2 storefronts + 1 wholesale catalog).
Continuously improve functionality, design, and user experience.
Identify issues and opportunities; propose solutions proactively.
Handle biannual large product launches (~500 products/launch).
Scale B2B/wholesale programs across Shopify Plus sites, including pricing.
Manage content/display logic based on customer login/type; plan Canadian launch.
Collaborate regularly with Sales and Marketing teams.
