Wingman Recruitment in the Philippines is seeking an experienced White-Collar Construction and Engineering Recruitment Consultant to support Australian recruitment agencies. This fully remote role focuses on candidate sourcing, profile preparation, and marketing to attract top talent for permanent placements.

You will coordinate interviews, perform reference checks, and help develop candidate pools, while collaborating with Australian consultants and maintaining high engagement and KPI

Qualifications

• ;2+ years in a recruitment agency environment.
• ;Proven experience recruiting White-Collar Construction and Engineering roles.
• ;Strong background in permanent recruitment (perm placements).
• ;Experience with candidate sourcing, database searches, longlisting, and talent pooling.
• ;Experience preparing candidate profiles and coordinating interviews.
• ;Strong written communication for ads, email campaigns, and candidate marketing.
• ;Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily/weekly KPIs.
• ;Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with Australian recruitment consultants.

Responsabilités

• ;Identify and longlist suitable candidates using Seek Talent Search and databases.
• ;Build candidate pools and maintain recruitment databases.
• ;Prepare candidate profiles and submission summaries for roles.
• ;Write and post job advertisements and support promotion activities.
• ;Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks.
• ;Create recruitment marketing materials and Canva graphics.
• ;Assist with social media content and job advertisement promotion.
• ;Monitor Seek ads to identify business development opportunities.
• ;Add prospective clients to email campaigns and generate warm leads.
• ;Maintain accurate records and provide updates on KPIs.
