TTEC is seeking a Benefits Analyst for Wellness Programs, primarily remote from Metro Manila. You will design global wellness activities, manage portals, and drive mental health initiatives. Collaboration with the Senior Manager for Global Benefits and Wellness is essential.

The role requires experience in benefits administration across APAC, a passion for wellness, and strong communication skills to engage worldwide teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Wellness or wellness-related field is required.
• Experience with APAC markets including Philippines is preferred.
• Knowledge of global wellness programs and mental health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop global wellness programs aligned with Body, Mind, Finance, Social, and Purpose.
• Oversee wellness portals and websites and manage related promotions.
• Support mental health initiatives and run workshops and webinars.
