Job summary

TTEC invites a Benefits Analyst – Wellness to promote health and well-being for employees globally, including wellness program development and portal management. This remote role coordinates with the Senior Manager for Global Benefits and Wellness to ensure compliant, engaging wellness initiatives across multiple regions.

The role focuses on administering wellness programs, managing portals, and driving mental health campaigns while fostering employee satisfaction and global engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Wellness or wellness-related. Wellness knowledge and/or wellness program is a must.
• At least three years of experience in benefits administration in the APAC - Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, India and Australia.
• Knowledge of Wellness Programs: Understanding of global wellness programs, mental health initiatives, and disease management.
• Passionate about wellness and dedicated to helping employees on their wellness journeys.

Responsibilities

• Wellness Program Administration: develop global wellness programs and activities, present workshops, engage with employees, manage incentives.
• Wellness Portal and Website Management: manage the US health and wellness portal and MyBenefits.ttec.com for other countries.
• Mental Health Program: support IT’s Ok, We’re All Human campaigns, develop campaigns, facilitate webinars and Wellness Wednesdays.
• Team Engagement: facilitate team engagement activities.
