Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Benefits Analyst – Wellness to promote employee health globally from a remote location in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will develop and manage wellness programs aligned with our pillars and oversee wellness portals for multiple countries.

You will collaborate on mental health initiatives, run campaigns, webinars, and workshops, and engage with employees and partners while fostering a supportive wellness culture across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Wellness or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years in benefits administration in APAC regions.
• Knowledge of global wellness programs and mental health initiatives.
• Passion for wellness and helping employees on their wellness journeys.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations across Asia Pacific.
• Experience managing wellness portals and related software.

What You’ll Do

The Benefits Analyst for Wellness will play a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of TTEC employees globally by developing wellness programs that align with our Health & Wellness pillars: Body, Mind, Finance, Social, and Purpose, as well as all associated promotion, engagement, management, processing, and reporting functions of administering the wellness program. You will also be responsible for overseeing the wellness program portals and websites.

This position reports to the Senior Manager for Global Benefits and Wellness. The Benefits Analyst – Wellness plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wellness program, fostering employee satisfaction, compliance with regulatory requirements, and ultimately contributing to the overall success and well-being of our organization.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Wellness Program Administration: Working within the wellness team to develop global wellness programs and activities that align with our well-being pillars, present workshops, engage with employees and partners, and manage associated wellness incentives.

• Wellness Portal and Website Management: Work with external partner to manage the US health and wellness portal and the MyBenefits.ttec.com websites for all other countries.

• Mental Health Program: Collaborate with the Benefits Team to support TTEC’s It’s Ok, We’re All Human mental health program, develop campaigns, and facilitate webinars, workshops, Mental Health Monday, and Wellness Wednesdays activities across the globe.

• Team Engagement: Facilitate team engagement activities.

What You Bring to the Role

• Degree in Wellness or wellness-related. Wellness knowledge and/or wellness program is a must.

• At least three years of experience in benefits administration in the APAC - Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, India and Australia.

• Knowledge of Wellness Programs: Understanding of global wellness programs, mental health initiatives, and disease management.

• Passionate about wellness and dedicated to helping employees on their wellness journeys.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present workshops, webinars, and engage with employees and partners.

• Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and across different countries, particularly within the Asia Pacific region.

• Technological Proficiency: Experience managing wellness portals and websites, familiarity with wellness and benefits software.
