TTEC is seeking a Benefits Analyst for Wellness Programs to develop and oversee global wellness initiatives and portals. You will collaborate across regions to promote health and well-being, manage campaigns, and support mental health programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Wellness or wellness-related.
• At least three years of experience in benefits administration in the APAC region (Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, India and Australia).
• Knowledge of global wellness programs and mental health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop global wellness programs and activities aligned with our well-being pillars.
• Manage wellness portals and websites, coordinating with external partners.
• Support mental health campaigns and webinars across the globe.
• Present workshops and webinars to employees and partners with strong communication.
