Job summary

TTEC invites a Benefits Analyst – Wellness to join our global team, working remotely from the Philippines. You will design and promote wellness programs spanning Body, Mind, Finance, Social, and Purpose pillars, while overseeing portals and portals management.

Reporting to the Senior Manager for Global Benefits and Wellness, you’ll drive engagement through workshops, webinars, campaigns, and partnerships, helping employees thrive and ensuring compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Wellness or related field.
• At least three years of benefits administration experience in APAC region (Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, India and Australia).
• Knowledge of global wellness programs, mental health initiatives, and disease management.
• Strong communication skills to present workshops and webinars.
• Cultural awareness to work with diverse populations in Asia Pacific.
• Experience managing wellness portals and benefits software.

Responsibilities

• Wellness program administration and development of global wellness activities.
• Manage wellness portals and the MyBenefits.ttec.com sites.
• Support mental health programs and run campaigns/webinars.
• Facilitate team engagement activities.
