Job summary

BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking a Website Production Coordinator to own website projects from the first draft review through go-live and initial post-go-live support.

You will serve as the client’s main contact after the first draft, coordinate with VAs and implementors, and ensure changes are delivered on time while keeping detailed records. This is a remote role with standard hours, permanent work-from-home perks, and immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience with website CMS platforms and routine content updates.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic DNS/domain tasks.
• Strong written and spoken English for client communication and meetings.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up.
• Ability to follow processes and flag scope changes or new work.

Responsibilities

• Attend first draft review meetings and capture client feedback and required changes.
• Record scope changes in writing and confirm with the client.
• Act as the client’s main contact after the first draft.
• Coordinate post-draft changes with Implementors and other VAs.
• Verify changes are completed and communicate progress to the client.
• Manage client follow-ups and keep projects moving toward go-live.
• Escalate out-of-scope requests to the Project Manager.
• Run go-live checklists and coordinate pre-launch tasks.
• Perform CMS updates and basic DNS/domain tasks as needed.
• Maintain clear project records and timelines.
